The Ampero Mini is equipped with the dual-core digital signal processing platform, which has performance on par with the regular Ampero version, aiming to ensure the authentic Ampero signature sound.

● Main Processor – NXP® RT series A powerful NXP® RT crossover processor is dedicated to the audio engine. With a high clock speed, this processor is very good compared to the Analog Devices® SHARC® DSP loaded in regular Ampero units, which makes it easy to handle multiple high quality effect algorithms.

● Co-processor – NXP® RT series Same as regular Ampero units, the Ampero Mini features a NXP® RT crossover co-processor, which not only helps processing audio streams, but also powers the touch screen display, USB I/O, and other functions.

No need to carry an extra acoustic anymore! Ampero Mini comes with advanced acoustic simulation algorithms. Used along with built-in acoustic simulation presets, you can easily transform your electric instruments into miked up acoustic masterpieces: steel string, nylon string and more.

Compatible ASIO driver for Windows, direct macOS pairing. Supporting on-the-go recording via smart phones.

The looper function is capable of max to 50 seconds stereo recording, with extra supports of ½ speed and reverse.

Using with your instrument and amp

Plug your instrument into the Ampero Mini instrument IN jack, and run a cable from the OUT to your amplifier (s). Under all circumstances, for stereo connection, a Y cable is needed to split L/R output channels (Tip=Left channel, Ring=Right channel).

Connecting to your amp’s RETURN or Power Amp (Loudster) INPUT

Connect the output to your amp’s FX Loop Return input or post amp input.

Connecting your mixer, interface, headphones, and other equipment

Connect Ampero Mini’s output to your mixer or audio interface’s corresponding inputs.

Connecting to your computer as an audio interface

Connect USB cable from Ampero Mini to your computer. For PC systems, you’ll need to set up the driver. Ampero Mini is plug and play for macOS. Run line out cables to your monitors, or use headphones.

Connecting pedalboards

Set your Ampero Mini into your pedalboard, then connect other pedals/controllers depending on your I/O configurations.

Using the Aux In line

Connect a male-to-male 1/8″ stereo cable from your audio source (phone or music player) to Ampero Mini’s Aux In jack. This line will be unaffected by Ampero Mini’s internal effects and USB audio.
